ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM BEBASIS CINTA: STUDI KASUS DI MI AL-KIFAYAH PEKANBARU

This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in implementing the Love Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kifayah, identify the contributing factors, and explore the strategies used to overcome them. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal four main types of difficulties: conceptual, methodological, technical, and affective. These challenges include limited understanding of the Love Curriculum concept, lack of value-based learning design skills, insufficient teaching resources, and emotional strain among teachers. Nevertheless, teachers employed several strategies to address these challenges, such as integrating love values into daily classroom activities, implementing project-based learning, and fostering collaboration with parents. The study concludes that successful implementation of the Love Curriculum requires systemic support, continuous professional training, and strong collaboration among madrasah, families, and the wider community to build a humanistic, spiritual, and compassionate Islamic educational environment.
