Leadership has a very important role in building an effective and productive team. A good leader must be able to bring the group together towards the same goal, and provide clear and structured direction so that each team member can work well and effectively. Leadership has a very important role in building an effective and productive team. A good leader must be able to bring the group together towards the same goal, and provide clear and structured direction so that each team member can work well and effectively. This work uses a literature review method to analyze the leadership role of Salam in building a team. The literature review method involves searching and analyzing relevant literature sources, such as books, articles, journals and other writings that discuss the role of leadership in building teams. Leadership, whether good or bad leadership, will have a huge impact and influence on a team. Effective leadership has a very important role in building a strong and successful team. A leader who is able to inspire, direct and motivate team members can create a harmonious and productive work environment
