Abstract

This research aims to identify challenges in the management of inclusive educational infrastructure facilities and formulate solutions to realize disability-friendly schools. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach in several inclusive schools. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The analysis uses interactive 3 Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study showed that the main challenges include budget limitations, lack of understanding of the needs of students with disabilities, inaccessible infrastructure, and lack of coordination between related parties. The proposed solutions include increasing budget allocation, training for teachers and school staff, developing inclusive policies, improving infrastructure accessibility, and strengthening cooperation between related parties. The contribution of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and solutions in the management of inclusive educational infrastructure, as well as provide practical recommendations to create a welcoming learning environment for all students, especially students with disabilities. This research is expected to be a reference for stakeholders in an effort to realize quality inclusive education
